I lost
my dog about two years ago when he was hit by a car. He is the Schnauzer in the picture with Dan. I was devastated. I had Abram for 8 years and he had been there through the roughest patches of my life. I could not bring myself to get another animal because I lost two of my dearest friends after that and I just didn't want to know that someday I would have another loss! We were coming home from the fight the next day and stopped at Corydon. Dan was chatting on the phone with one of the guys when I saw "Puppies" I was just going to check them out and then I saw HIM! There was no doubt we were leaving with a puppy!

We took him to Indy with us the next weekend to train. We learned the drive takes a bit longer with a puppy. We hit quite a few rest stops between home and Indy.
So a new member of our family has been added and I believe it will be a great experience for all of us! Avery at 9 weeks!
